Evaluating the performance of employees of Yasrebi's companies

The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) plan, was implemented in the Yasrebi's companies by the Human Resources Unit

in April 2021 which is a new way to measure the performance of employees.

This plan was initially targeted by Department Managers following individual meetings with experts and staff of their units.

In order to achieve the desired and practical results, its importance was discussed in a separate meeting with the presence of the esteemed board of directors and all managers and employees of the collection.



The KPI plan, which is based on the behavioral and performance indicators of employees,

aims to increase the quality level of performance and improve the job level of employees and thus develop and increase the productivity of the collection

Finally, this plan, which is pursued with short-term, medium-term and long-term goals, was approved by the esteemed board of directors of the collection and it was decided to be considered with all-round support.
